Session 10: July 28th - August 1st
Session 11: August 4th - 8th
Session 12: August 11th - 15th *Competition Week...Surf Contest Fri., Aug. 15th.
Session 13: August 18th - 22nd *Adults & Children (Family Surf)
Session 14: August 25th - 29th *Adults & Children (Family Surf)

Contest entries are $5.00 per surfer. Register at Parks & Recreation Department, or at Monday Beach Registrations.

Beginners & Intermediate welcome at all sessions.
Competition Week - Session 12 (Practice for contest)

Location: North Beach Sapphire Street Park - Look for tent
Time: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., Monday through Friday
Cost Per Week: $110. for residents, $115. for non-residents

EXTENDED DAY
For an additional $20. per day or $45. per week, participants may stay for one hour of supervised surfing (11 a.m. - 12 p.m.)

NEW SURFARI SURF SESSIONS!
Limited to 12 participants, Sessions 2,4,6,8,10. Possible travel along the beach for most favorable conditions. Sessions run 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Cost per week is $175. for residents, $180. for non-residents.

SATURDAY SESSIONS
Saturday Sessions will begin on the first Saturday in May, and run from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Cost is $50.00 per student for local residents, and $60.00 per student for non-local residents. Adults and groups are welcome!

Learn the basics of surfing and competition with Jimmy "Fast" Lane. Jimmy is a professional surfer, and has been rated among the Top 50 Surfers in the world! Jimmy is a certified lifeguard, and has been teaching these classes for the Parks & Recreation Department for 20 years!

Class will focus on general ocean safety, the basics of currents, tides, and run-outs. All surfers MUST provide their own surfboard and MUST know how to swim. If you do not have a surfboard, Jimmy has rentals available for a nominal fee. An official Jimmy Lane Surfing Academy T-Shirt is included in the cost of the class.

A surf contest will be held on the last day of summer. This contest is open to students of the Jimmy Lane Surfing Academy only, and is held at the North Beach Community Park on Sapphire Street and Atlantic Avenue. Please register at the Parks & Recreation Department, or at Monday Beach Registrations. Contest entries are $5.00 per surfer.

A weekly class photo is available for an additional $10., and video is available upon request. Make arrangements through Jimmy Lane.
